摘要
目的 建立阴洁肤净洗液的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中的蛇床子、连翘等进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定样品中苦参碱的含量：采用ODS柱、流动相为乙腈-0.2 mol/L磷酸二氢钾（0.2 mol/L磷酸二氢钾里含0.2%的三乙胺,用磷酸调pH值2.7）6∶94,检测波长207 nm;流速1.0 ml/min。结果 在薄层色谱中均能检出蛇床子、连翘的特征斑点;含量测定结果表明,苦参碱进样量在0.796 8-3.984μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率100.1%,RSD为1.12%（n=5）。结论 该方法可准确、快速地对阴洁肤净洗液进行定性、定量测定,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Yinjiefujing Lotion. Methods Fructus Cnidii, Fructus Forsythiae in Yinjiefujing Lotion were identified by TLC,the matrine content was determined by HPLC on ODS column（5 p.m,250 mm × 4.6 mm） , with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.2% mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate（6： 94） ,adjusted to pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. Results Fructus Cnidii, Fructus Forsythiae could be identified by TLC . The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0. 796 8 - 3. 984 μg （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100.1%, RSD was 1.12% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and accurate, and it can be used for quality control of Yinjiefujing lotion.
