摘要
目的 建立风热感冒片中连翘苷及牛蒡子苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法,测定风热感冒片中连翘中连翘苷和牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷的含量。结果 连翘苷在0.207-2.072μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率99.87%,RSD=1.43%（n=9）。牛蒡子苷在0.186-4.26μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率99.30%,RSD=1.08%（n=9）。结论 该法专属性强,重现性好,可作为风寒感冒片中连翘苷和牛蒡子苷的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of forsythin and arctiin in Fengreganmao tablets. Methods The forsythin and arctiin in fengreganmao tablets of arctii were determined by HPLC. Results The calibration curve of forsythin was linear with 0. 207 - 2. 072 μg（ r = 0. 999 7 ）. The average recovery of forsythin was 99.87% with RSD = 1. 43% （ n =9）. The calibration curve of arctiin was linear with 0. 186 -4. 26μg （r =0. 999 7） . The average recovery of arctiin was 99. 30% with RSD = 1.08% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is exclusive and reproducible. It could be applied to determine forsythin and arctiin in Fenghanganmao tablets.
