摘要
水煤浆是一种具有复杂流变特性的非牛顿流体,对水煤浆管道输送的流型和内部结构进行数值模拟可实现水煤浆流动的可视化,弥补实验研究的不足.从两相流理论和非牛顿流理论出发,综述了水煤浆管道输送数值模拟的主要模型和方法并进行了分析比较,考虑了水煤浆中添加剂对不同模型的影响,最后得出水煤浆管道输送数值模拟较合理的模型是非牛顿流模型.对目前各种模型和算法中存在的问题,提出今后发展的方向.
Coal water slurry (CWS) is a kind of non-Newtonian fluid having very complex rheology. The numerical simulation on CWS' s flow pattern and internal configuration in its pipe flows is helpful to realize the visualization of CWS, which can also make up the insufficiency in its experimental tests. In this paper, the state of the art of current theoretical models based on liquid-solid two phase flows and non-Newtonian fluids, and numerical approaches to pre- dict the flows of coal water slurry in pipes were summarized and compared, with consideration of the factors of additives that may influence the models. It is concluded that the non-Newtonian flow model may be the preferable model for predicting the high concentrated CWS pipe flows though it still has some uncertainties. Some problems in various models are discussed and some suggestions are proposed for further improving the numerical methodologies.
