摘要
研究数控机床刀具磨损状态振动信号特征,建立刀具磨损过程中的振动方程,并采用时域分析的方法对其振动性能进行研究,通过建立的自回归AR(n)模型反应磨损量与谱峰幅值之间的关系。得到如下结论:随着磨损量和工作时间的增加,切削系统的能量由高频向低频转移。最后给出两种诊断方案。
Through studying vibration signal of numerical control lathe machine's tool, vibration equation was builded when tools was wearing; studying the vibration property by time domain method. By building AR{n )model, the article indicates the relation of wear between samples, and gets the conclusion: the energy of lathing system changes from high frequency to low frequency. Finally, gives two diagnose methods.
