摘要
采用三维光弹冻结切片法,分析了不同加载方式下牙周组织的应力分布规律。以牙齿、牙周膜、牙槽骨分别成型的组合模型来模拟我国12~15岁儿童的错合畸形矫治,得出了最佳加力方式——加水平正畸力的同时施加一力偶,可使牙齿产生较快整体移动,从而缩短了疗程。临床应用证明该方法可行,达到了预期效果。
In orthodontia,forces applied to the tooth in different ways may resulte in different effects.Stress freezing technology of 3 D photoelasticity is used to examine stress distribution in periodontal tissue under different ways of force application.It is simulated corret treatment of malposition occulusion deformity ranging from 12 to 15 years old in China,by the assemble model of teeth,periodontal and menbrane.Experimental results show that simultaneously applying a force and a moment to the tooth is the best way.It enables the teeth to move quickly and wholly.Period of treatment is shortened.Clinical practical shows that this way is easy and expedient to apply and realize anficipated purpose.
