摘要
分析了我国建筑企业的运行现状及其ＴＱＣＳ功能目标；将制造业中的ＣＩＭＳ和并行工程、动态联盟、拟实制造等新概念引入建筑行业，建立了一种建筑业的敏捷性运行模式。
The requirement of chinese present architectural enterprises for agility is analyzed.Several new concepts in manufacturing industry,such as CIMS,concurrent engineering,virtual organization and virtual manufacturing are introduced into architectural enterprises,and a kind of agility running model about architectureal enterprise is developed
