摘要
褪黑激素（Ｎ－乙酰－５－甲氧基色胺）是松果腺的重要激素，它具有广泛的生理活性，并被提议用于治疗多种疾病，本文对褪黑激素的合成方法进行了全面的综述。
Melatonin is an important pineal hormone, which has a very widely physiological activity. It has been proposed as a treatment of choice for a great deal of illness. The synthesis methods of melatonin was reviewed in detail.
