摘要
转动惯量的数值可通过计算法和测量法求得。由于发动机的特殊性,很难用计算法求出发动机转动惯量的准确数值。而用测量法求发动机这一类结构复杂的、旋转运动系统的转动惯量,就显得优越得多了,这也是验证计算法求转动惯量的有效途径。由于目前还没有用于测量发动机转动惯量的专用测试设备,故采用测功机对发动机进行转动惯量的测量则是一个新的尝试。
The vale of the rotational inertia of the engine can be obtained by calculation or measurement owing to the special characteristic of engine,but it is difficult to obtain the accurate value of rotational inertia by calculation. In this case,using the measurement method is superior to using the calculation method and it is an effective method for testing and verifing the value of engine rotatinal inertia by calculation. Owing to no special equipment being available at present,it is an attempt to measure the value of engine rotational inertia on a dynamometer directively. In this paper the writer mainly introduce the operating principle and method of measurement on a certain dynamometer.
