摘要
目的:观察参附注射液(SFI)对全身麻醉恢复期患者的呼吸功能的影响。方法:60例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期全身麻醉下腹部手术患者。随机分为两组,参附催醒组(SFI组)静脉滴注SFI1ml/kg(用乳酸钠林格氏液稀释至100ml),自然清醒组(C组)静脉滴注乳酸钠林格氏液100ml。记录用药后呼唤反应恢复时间、机械通气时间、拔管时间、出室时间,并测定用药前的气道峰压(PIP)、动脉血气分析和用药后停止机械通气时的PIP、潮气量(VT)、分钟通气量(MV)、动脉血气分析。结果:SFI组呼唤反应恢复时间、机械通气时间、拔管时间、出室时间均较C组明显缩短(P<0.01);停机时SFI组PIP比用药前降低,也明显低于同时间点C组(P<0.01),VT大于C组(P<0.01),MV则两组相似;用药后SFI组氧合指数明显改善(P<0.05),C组则改善不明显。结论:SFI能明显改善全身麻醉恢复期患者的通气和氧合,加速呼吸功能的恢复。
Objective:To observe the effect of shenfu injection (SFI) on respiratory function during recovery period after general anesthesia. Methods:Sixty patients,ASA class Ⅰ-Ⅱ ,undergone selective abdominal surgery with general anesthesia were sent into the postanesthesia care unit (PACU) after surgery with no mind and self respiration. They were randomly and equally divided into two groups and were treated with intravenous dripping of SFI 1ml/kg which diluted to 100 ml with lactated Ringer's solution in the investigative group (group SFI) or Ringer's solution 100 ml in the control group (group C). The time of reaction for calling,the time of stopping ventilator, the extubation time, the time of leaving PACU, the pressure of airway, tidal volume, minute volume, blood and gas analysis with arterial blood were observed. Results:The time of reaction for calling,the time of stopping ventilator,the extubation time and the time of leaving PACU in group SFI were obviously shorter than those in group C (P〈0.01). The pressure of airway in group SFI after dripping was lower than that before dripping,and lower than that in group C after dripping (P〈0.01). Tidal volume in group SFI was higher than that in group C(P〈0.01). Minute volume was comparable between the two group. Oxygenic index in group SFI after dripping was higher than that before dripping(P〈0.05). Conclusion:SFI could improve respiratory function and oxygenic index during recovery period after general anesthesia.
