摘要
研究从低档绿茶中提取天然食品抗氧化剂茶多酚的工业生产工艺。工艺主要流程为茶汤预处理后的多级逆流萃取、真空浓缩、纯化沉析、低温真空干燥。该工艺的工业规模生产茶多酚得率大于8%,纯度高于95%。
This paper describes the processing technique of tea polyphenol used as natural food antioxidant which was abstracted from cheap green tea. The primary technology processes are many scales of countercurrent extraction,vacuum concentration,a drop purification and vacuum drying in low temperature. The rate of abstraction tea polyphenol using the technology on a commercial scale is more than 8 percent ,the purity is more than 95 percent.
