椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折15例报告

摘要 目的探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术在骨质疏松压缩性骨折治疗中的作用。方法自2005年1~10月收治骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者15例,共18个椎体。男9例,女6例;年龄59~76岁,平均65.7岁。全部患者均利用经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗。结果术后2~12h13例疼痛完全缓解,1例明显好转,1例疼痛改善。随访10个月~1.5年,平均1.1年。所有患者疼痛缓解,无严重并发症的发生。结论经皮穿刺椎体成形术是一种较好的治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折的方法,其缓解疼痛快、治疗时间短、创伤小、操作简单、并发症少。 Objective To investigate the surgical technique and the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures. Method Fifteen cases with osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures were treated with PVP from Jan 2005 to Oct 2005. Among the cases, 9 male and 6 female. All of them are from 59 to 76 years old (average 65.7 years old). Results The postoperative follow-ups ranged from 10 months to 1.5 years(average 1.1 months). Back pain was effectively relieved after the operation in 13 cases. No complications occurred. Conclusion PVP is a safe procedure with minimal invasion for osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures.
