微RNA与神经胶质瘤的关系

摘要 近来研究表明,某些微RNA(microRNAs,miRNA)在不同组织分型的胶质瘤中呈特异性表达,通过上调或下调相应的miRNA可诱导胶质瘤细胞的凋亡或抑制其增殖。应用微阵列技术分析不同胶质瘤中miRNA表达谱将有助于进一步探讨胶质瘤发生发展的机制,实现胶质瘤的个性化诊断,探索miRNA为靶点的胶质瘤基因治疗的可行性。 Recent studies show that some microRNAs (miRNAs) are specifically expressed in gliomas of different tissue types. Up-or down-regulation of miRNAs can induce apoptosis or suppress proliferation. With the microarray analysis technology,we can analyse miRNAs expression spectrum in different gliomas to further explore the genesis and development mechanisms, achieve the individualized glioma diagnosis and exlpore the feasibihty of miRNAs targeted gene treatment of glioma.
