摘要
刑事诉讼价值与刑事集团诉讼制度之间有着非常紧密的内在联系。建立刑事集团诉讼制度根源于刑事诉讼价值的内在需要,也是保障被害人诉讼权利的需要。
There is close relation between the value of the criminal procedure and the group procedure of crime. It is necessary to establish the system of group procedure of crime based on the value of the criminal procedure, and it is the demand to protect the litigious fight of the victims.
