摘要
证券市场的监管者也是经济人,经济人必然就有追求经济利益的冲动,因此必须对证券市场监管者进行监管,这也是证券市场健康发展的保证。构建具有中国特色的对监管者进行监管的体系主要包括政党监督、法律监督、舆论监督等等。
Supervisors in stock markt axe also businesspersons . Businesspersons have a longing for profit, So these supervisors must be supervised to guarantee the stock markt develop in a healthy way, Constructing a supervising system with Chinese feature indudes party supervision, legal supervision, public supervision and etc.
