摘要
研究了以赤泥、页岩等工业固体废物为原料,添加一系列改善坯体制备及样品烧结性能的添加剂,采用压制成型方法制备高性能的艺术型清水砖。对工业固体废物制备陶瓷清水砖的坯体组成进行优化调整,得到较优性能的坯体,探讨了清水砖的装饰方法,研究了釉料与坯体的结合机理。结果表明,这种艺术型清水砖表面色彩鲜明,坯釉结合性能好,适于用作别墅及高档住宅、建筑的墙体材料。
The artistic decoration simple brick was made from some solid wastes such as red mud, fly ash and so on. Some additives were used to improve the properties of the brick that was formed by semi-dry pressing. For reaching the optimized property of the body, every kind of additive and their appropriate quantity were discussed. After the composition of brick was adjusted, the decoration of the simple brick and the My-glaze fit mechanism was researched. It was indicated in the research that the glaze fit the body well and the decorating simple brick was brightly colored. It was adapted to be used as the outsides wall brick of villa and other top grade builds.
