摘要
目的:观察地塞米松和奥硝唑糊剂对急性智齿冠周炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选择下颌第三磨牙发生冠周炎的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组在进行常规盲袋冲洗后以地塞米松和奥硝唑粉末与碘仿和丁香油制成糊剂置入盲袋内,观察临床效果;对照组仅进行常规冲洗和置入碘仿和丁香油糊剂。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者冠周疼痛和肿胀的消退时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:应用地塞米松和奥硝唑糊剂治疗急性冠周炎具有明显效果。
Objective： To observe the effect of dexamethasone-ornidazole paste on treating acute pericoronitis. Methods： 60 patients of acute pericoronitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Experimental group were put paste composed with dexamethasone-ornidazole, iodoform and eugenol into the socket after local flushing. The control group were given iodoform and eugenol into gingival socket after flushing. Results： Swelling and pain in inflammatory tissues of the experiment group patients were cured more quickly than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Dexamethasone-ornidazole paste is effective to acute pericoronitis.
