摘要
目的:探讨拔牙后自体牙即刻移植的方法和临床效果。方法:对临床上有自体牙移植条件和愿望的43例患者进行术前评估。将最终接受自体牙移植的31例患者随机分为根管治疗组、非根管治疗组、人工骨移植组、非人工骨移植骨组。随访6～30月,对比临床效果。结果:31例移植牙经随访6～30月,均获得稳定和满意的咀嚼功能,X线影像未发现牙根吸收。根管治疗与否对移植的预后没有显著影响(P>0.05)。人工骨(Bio-Oss)移植有利于移植牙的骨性愈合和早期稳定,并能减缓牙槽骨的吸收(P<0.05)。结论:拔牙后自体牙即刻移植是修复牙列缺损的可行方法。
Objective： To evaluate the reliability and effect of immediate autogenous teeth transplantation. Methods： 43 patients were evaluated before teeth extracted operation. 31 cases who underwent autogenous tooth transplantation immediately were randomly separated into endodontic treatment group and endodontic untreatment group, artificial bone grafting group and control group. All 31 cases were followed up 6-30 months. The treatment methods and outcomes were retrospectively analysed. Results：31 transplanted teeth got stabilization and mastication function. Root resorption were not observed in X-ray examinntion followed up over 6 months. There were not significant difference in efficiency between endodontic treatment group and that of endodontic untreatment group（P〉0.05）. However, in Bio-Oss artificial bone grafting groups as composed to control group, transplanted teeth stabilized eadier（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Immediate autogenous tooth transplantation is an available treatment for dentition defect.
