摘要
目的:评价新型骨替代材料硅磷酸钙的生物相容性,从而为其在骨缺损修复领域中的临床应用提供依据。方法:分别选用含10%、5%硅酸钙的硅磷酸钙,分别进行急性毒性试验、肌肉植入试验。结果:含10%与5%硅酸钙的硅磷酸钙无急性全身毒性,对肌肉组织无刺激,植入肌肉后呈降解趋势。结论:新型骨替代材料硅磷酸钙具有良好的生物相容性。
Objective: To validate the biocompatibility and safety of CaSiO3/CPC, a new artificial bone graft substitute and its clinical use. Methods: Acute systemic toxicity test and muscle implant test were examined in mice. Result: All results indicated that the material had no toxicity ,no irritation to muscle. Conclusion: The CaSiO3/CPC artificial bone graft substitute shows excellent biocompatibility.
