摘要
文章介绍了稠油开采现状、方法、存在的问题及CYJJ降粘剂的研究目的。根据稠油形成的原因,进行了分子结构设计,提出了以烯类酰胺、羧酸酐、高碳醇共聚,合成了一种高效油溶性稠油降粘剂CYJJ。文章讨论了合成过程中单体配比、反应温度、引发剂用量、反应时间等因素对降粘剂性能的影响,确定了降粘剂合成的最佳工艺条件。通过降粘剂性能评价表明,合成的CYJJ降粘剂具有高效降粘、抗盐性能优良的特点。
This paper introduces the heavy-oil production status quo, methods and existing problems and also studies the CYJJ, a high-effective oil-soluble heavy-oil viscosity-reducing agent. For heavy-oil viscosity-reducing agents, the molecular structure is designed based on the formation reason of heavy oil. Moreover, the paper presents CYJJ which is synthesized from olefin amid, carboxylic anhydride and high-carbon alcohol. In addition, it discusses, during synthesis, the influence of such factors as monomer ratio, reaction temperature and time as well as initiator dose on this agent’s behavior. At last, it determines the optimal processing condition of agent synthesis. The behavior evaluation shows that CYJJ, the synthesized viscosity-reducing agent, is characterized by both high-effective viscosity-reducing and high-quality salt- resisting behaviors.
