摘要
通过对国内排球俱乐部与国内外规范化、市场化的体育俱乐部的比较研究,认为国内排球俱乐部体制的落后是限制俱乐部发展,造成俱乐部名不副实的现状的根本原因,体制的落后和不健全直接导致了俱乐部经营的不善、资金的匮乏,由此出现了球队水平不高,梯队建设不力,球员流动不畅的现象。最后提出了今后职业化改革的几点建议。
Through studies to the domestic volleyball club and the overseas standardization sports club comparison, In my opinion, backward system of the domestic volleyball clubs, which is the main reason why the club is unworthy of the real name, has limited the development of these clubs. T he backward and distempered institution directly leads to bad management and lack of capital in club. Thus, the level of volleyball teams is not hight volleyball players do not flow well, and reserved talent players are lacked some suggestions on the professional revolution in the future will be given.
