摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法进行研究。调查结果表明:我院运动系毕业生在择业观上反映为择业对象分散,月薪要求务实,择业区域多为城市,单位要求上要能够发挥个人才能。在就业准备的诸多方面存在缺失,表现为就业思想准备程度不够、知识准备不足、能力准备欠缺。
The researches have been carried out in the thesis through literature, a questionnaire survey and interviews. The results of the survey show: The graduates chooses objects of employment are scattered, the requirements of the basic monthly salary are realistic, most targeted regions of employment are cities, and they are able to display individual abilities at their posts. The graduates have many deficiencies in the preparation for employment. They are reflected in the lack of preparation for employment in many areas, mainly mental preparation for employment, the preparation of knowledge, the preparation of their abilities.
