摘要
对现有R600a冰箱压缩机连杆-活塞销摩擦副存在的严重磨损现象进行分析,提出通过改进活塞销的设计结构、热处理工艺来改善连杆-活塞销摩擦副的润滑状态,提高耐磨性,避免连杆-活塞销摩擦副出现导致压缩机性能恶化的现象。
Point to the heavy abrasion appeared on the connection-rod & piston-pin friction pair in current R600a refrigerator compressor,analyzed the abrasion forming cause,proposed the solutions such as improve the piston pin structure, changed the piston pin heat treatment process to improve the abrasion pair lubricate state, increased the abrasion resistance, so as to avoid the phenomenon which have ill effect on compressor performance.
