摘要
近十年来，计算机与网络技术的迅猛发展为外语教学构建起了一个优质的技术平台。外语数字化课程资源建设越来越受到语言教师的重视并取得了长足发展。但我们不难发现，在整个建设过程中，资源分散、配置不当、观念陈旧、效率低下等问题仍然广泛存在。本文探讨了新形势下如何结合外语教育目标与语言学习特点，从各院校的实际出发进行外语课程教学资源整合的策略，从而切实提高外语教学水平，满足教育现代化发展的需求。
This paper, starting from practice, has explored the possibility and teasibility of reorgamzmg the resources involved and ways to further the teaching and learning of foreign languages with the advancement of technology, so the demand of promoting the development of modem education will be met.
