摘要
利用破碎机将石灰石石块破碎,得到最大粒径Dmax≤15mm,级配合理的统砂石,配制出隧道衬砌混凝土,其28d抗压强度可达39.5MPa,高于普通砂石混凝土的强度,探讨了统砂石用于隧道衬砌混凝土中的可行性。结果表明,统砂石代替天然砂用于隧道衬砌混凝土支护中,可充分利用资源,提高效率,降低成本,同时保护生态环境。
By using the crusher, the limestone is crushed to get the well-graded fine stone whose maximum aggregate size(Dmax) is less than or equal to 15mm.And the tunnel lining concrete is mixed with them.Its strength of 28d age is 39.5 MPa.It is higher than ordinary concrete mixed with sand and stone.The feasibility of mixing tunnel lining concrete with fine stone is discussed.The results show that replacing natural sand with fine stone in tunnel lining concrete can make the best of the resource,enhance the efficiency,reduce the costs and protect the environment.
