摘要
目的：探讨自锁髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的治疗效果。方法：选择2003年5月～2005年5月使用自锁髓内钉治疗30例新鲜肱骨干骨折患者。肩、肘关节功能按陈子华等标准进行评价。结果：随访所有患者手术后5～18个月，平均10个月，骨折均愈合，术后无并发症发生，肩、肘关节功能评价：优18例，良11例，差2例，优良率为93．3％。结论：自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有固定可靠、创伤小、并发症少、骨折愈合率高、功能恢复良好等优点，适合临床应用。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of intramedullary self locking nail in treatment of humerus shaft fracture. Methods： From May 2003 to May 2005, 30 cases of humerus shaft fracture underwent surgery with intramedullary self locking nail. The function of the shoulder joint and elbow joint was evaluated according to Cheng Zi - hua Criteria. Results： Followed up 10 months （range, between 5 and 18 months）, all cases healed without complications. The function of shoulder joint and elbow joint was excellent in 18 cases, good in 11 cases and bad in 2 cases. The rate of fine was 93.3 %. Conclusion： Intramedullary self locking nail is safe and minitrauma with higher healing rate, better function recovery and less complications. The technigne should be recommended.
