摘要
本文应用拉氏量计和拉氏分析技术研究了,两种常用的复合推进剂(聚硫和丁羟复合推进剂)的冲击波起爆和爆轰过程。在冲击波起爆过程中,压力等参量出现双峰现象,化学反应由三个阶段完成。在爆轰过程中,反应区宽度5mm以上,属于非理想爆轰过程。最后基于组分实验结果,进一步分析了复合推进剂,在冲击波作用下的化学反应过程,结果表明,双峰现象和多反应阶段的出现是由于高氯酸铵和粘合剂之间的相互作用的结果。
In the present paper, using the Lagrangeian gauge and Lagrangeian analysis technique, the shock initiation and detonation of two composite propellants, whose binders are thiokol and HTPB respectively, have been studied. The results of shock, initiation show there are two peaks behind the shock wave front in the histories of the particle velocity, pressure and others,the reaction is finished in three stages whose middle one is a reaction-less or slowly reaction stage, and the detonation of the composite propellants is non-ideal. The width of the reaction zone is more than 5mm. On the basis of the results of supplementary experiments. the reaction behavior is further analyzed. It is demonstrated that the two peaks are produced by the interaction of AP and the binder.
