摘要
介绍了针对6102LPG单燃料发动机所开发的智能电子控制单元(ECU),并从系统结构和稀薄燃烧控制策略两方面加以分析。该ECU采用了λ型氧传感器,双高速单片机,从根本上降低了系统的成本,同时提高了驾驶性能。针对LPG发动机的工作特性,ECU采用基于指示扭矩预估的稀薄燃烧控制策略,主要分析了燃气量、点火提前角和怠速步进电机的控制策略。在广州冠忠公交公司的营运公交车上进行了实车试验,结果表明在降低废气排放的同时,燃气消耗明显降低,获得了很好的动力性、经济性和环保性。
In this paper, an intelligent electronic control unit for 6102 LPG single fuel engine was presented and analyzed from the system Configuration and the lean burn control strategy. Since the 2 oxygen sensor and bi-high-speed SCM were used in this ECU, the system cost was decreased and the drive performance was improved. According to the operation characteristics of LPG engines, the lean burn control strategy based on torque estimation was adopted in the ECU. The control strategies of fuel mass, advanced ignition angle and idle step motor were analyzed. The test results obtained on LPG buses of Guangzhou Guanzhong bus company showed that the ECU can reduce fuel comsumption while exhaust emission decreases and LPG engine with the ECU can realize a perfact performance in power, fuel economy and exhaust emission.
