老年男性尘肺患者的五脏相音检测研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察尘肺时声音的改变以证明《黄帝内经》五脏相音理论与临床实际的相符性。方法:利用二十五音分析仪,采用对健康男性相同的检测方法,检测明确诊断为尘肺0、Ⅰ和Ⅱ期的老年男性患者。结果:尘肺0期的患者与健康老年男性相比,无明显声音频率改变,而Ⅰ和Ⅱ期的患者,均有发音偏向于商音为多的情况,具有统计学意义。结论:按照传统中医理念,商音对应于肺脏,健康老年男性的检测提示应当以对应于肾脏的羽音增多,可患有尘肺,肺部有病态表现后,且这种改变对应于肺部X线的表现。 Objective:To detect the pitch changed when the elderly suffered fromthe pneumonoconiosis for confirming the relation between the theory and technology of Five Zang-organs harmonize Pitch and the clinical diagnosis. Methods: Thedetection for the elderly with is the same as the random female and male in the health by Sono - frequency Analysis Facility. Then the data is analyzed by the LSD. Result: The Shang pitch pronounced in the elderly with pn were found increased in the Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage and not in the 0 stage. There is the statistic significance in this increased. Conclusion:The Shang pitch belongs to the lung Zang - organ. The Yu pitch should been increased as following the aging of male but Shang pitch increased in this study. The transit pitch of from the Yu to Shang in the elderly male with pneumonoeoniosis suggest the diseases of Zang - organs change the pronouncing pitch of the patient.
