摘要
针对CMOS工艺制造的红外接收芯片,本文提出了一种实现光生电流转换到电压的电路设计。通过该设计,红外接收芯片不仅能准确检测几十纳安到几百微安的入射光电流;而且可以在大电流入射时,能有效避免放大器出现饱和失真的情况。
A novel design of theⅠ-ⅤConverter,which is used in the Infrared Remote Control Receiver(IRCR)IC,is described.With the design,the IC can detect the input photon current ranged from decades nanoampere to hundreds microampere.It can prevent the input amplifier from saturation even there is much bigger photocurrent input.
