摘要
质子交换膜中的水含量及水在质子交换膜中的分布直接影响着质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的性能。有不少学者按Springer模型,基于膜两侧压力差均匀分布在膜内的假设,采用计算机模拟,得出膜中水按指数规律的分布。通过巧妙的实验设计,直接测量出膜内的水含量,发现膜两侧在压力差作用下,膜中的水分布基本均匀,与文献报道不同。作者认为原因主要是:膜两侧受压时,压力不是均匀分布在膜内,而是作用在膜表面。
Water content and distribution in proton exchange membrane has decisive influence on PEM performance of PEM fuel cell. Many scholars obtain that water is distributed by index law in the PEM by using computer simulation based on Springer model which is based on the assumption that the pressure difference of both sides of membrane uniform distribution in the membrane. The distribution of water content in membrane was measured directly by the ingenious experimental design. The law of water content distribution in membrane under pressure was gotten. Different with the report of literature, the distribution of water is basically even in membrane under the function of pressure on both sides of the membrane. The reason is mainly because the pressure is not the uniform distribution in the membrane, but act on the surface of membrane.
