摘要
以牛血为原料,粗分血球蛋白后用酸性丙酮抽提制备血红素,通过正交实验选取最佳提取条件。实验结果表明,离心时间15min,酸性丙酮、水、氯仿的使用量分别为血液体积的4倍、1倍和5倍,效果较好,血红素纯度达99%以上。
In this paper, extracting high pure heme from cattle blood was studied, and the optimum condition using sodium acetate as precipitant was determined. The result indicated the optimum extracting condition: centrifugal time was 15min, the capacity of acidic acetone, water and chloroform was 4,1 and 5 times as that of blood volume respectively, and the purity of blood heme is above 99 percent.
