摘要
本文研究低碳、氮含量的00Cr18Mo2铁素体不锈钢冷轧薄板(1mm)的力学性能。根据试验结果,00Cr18Mo2钢冷轧板有较高的强度和塑性,并有良好的成形性能。虽然00Cr18Mo2钢冷轧板的张拉成形性能比304奥氏体不锈钢差,但它的深冲成形性能远优于304和430不锈钢。冲击性能试验结果,00Cr18Mo2钢冷轧板(1mm厚)的韧性—脆性转变温度低于-78℃,在此温度以上板材具有很好的冲击韧性;1250℃高温处理后,1mm厚板材的冲击性能下降,韧性—脆性转变温度上升到室温附近。
Mechanical properties of 00Crl8Mo2 cold rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet (1 mm thick) were studied. The results show that the cold rolled 00Crl8Mo2 steel sheet exhibits higher strength, higher ductility and good formability. The deep drawability of the 00Crl8Mo2 steel sheetis isgreat-ly superior to those of 304 austenitic and 430 ferritic stainless steelsalthough the stretchability of the steel sheet is not competitive with the stretch-ability of 304 steel. The impact tests indicate that the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature (DBTT) of the steel sheet (1 mm thick) is below -78℃, above which the impact toughness is excellent. After heating at 1250℃, the impact toughness of the 00Crl8Mo2 steel sheet is deteriorated and the DBTT increases up to about 25℃.
