摘要
用铬矿粉作原料,在实验室内完成了用作合金剂的两种制块工艺的研究。①碳质铬块(%):Cr_2O_3 34.98~36.14、FeO10.66~10.97、P<0.01、C 9.36~10.94。③硅质铬块(%):Cr_2O_3 33.99~35.01、FeO 10.62~18.29、p<0.01、Si 10.56~12.51。用本产品作合金剂,在100 kVA中频感应炉上对40Cr、15CrMo等钢种的冶炼工艺进行研究。试验证明,炼钢操作无困难,浇铸正常,铬回收率:碳质铬块为82.27~95.03%,平均为91.46%;硅质铬块为98.74~98.85%,平均为98.80%。试验是成功的。
Two procedures for producing chromite powder briquet were studied in the laboratory. The compositions of carbon chromite briquet are as follow: 34.98-36.40 % Cr,O3, 10.66-10.97 %FeO, 9.36-10.94 %C, P<0.01 %. The compositions of silicon chromite briquet are 33.99-35.01 %Cr2O3, 10.6-18.29%FeO, 10.56-12.51 %Si, P<0.01 %. The two kinds of products were used as alloy addition to melt the structural alloys (40Cr and 15CrMo) in an induction furnace with the capacity of 100 kg. It can be concluded that there is no difficulty in the operation of steelmaking and casting of ingot is good. The recovery of chromium for the carbon briquet is from 82.27 to 95.30 % (91.46 % in average) and the recovery of silicon for the silicon briquet is from 98.74 to 98.85 %, with the mean value of 98.80 %. The experimental result is excellent.
