62例老年人绞窄性肠梗阻的治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 为探讨65岁以上绞窄性肠梗阻病人的临床特点,提高其治疗水平,回顾性分析2003年1月-2005年7月不同原因引起肠梗阻并存不同疾病经手术治疗资料。结果,围手术期病死率5%（3/62）,切口裂开3%（2/62）,切口感染率8%（5/62）,手术治愈率95%（59/62）。重视老年绞窄性肠梗阻的特点,做好围手术期处理,选择良好麻醉,手术简单、快捷、有效是提高治愈率的关键。
