摘要
红外测温技术由于方便、快速、准确而被广泛应用于航空、医学等很多领域。介绍了一种基于TPS434的非接触型红外测温仪软、硬件设计的全过程。其工作原理是红外能量聚焦在TPS434传感上并转化为相应的电信号,该信号经ICL7650仪用放大器高倍放大送至AD转换器,最后单片机按照仪器内部的算法计算和目标发射率校正后变为被测目标的温度值。
Infrared Temperature Measurement Technology is widely used in aviation, medical and many other fields because it is convenient,rapid and accurate. This design introduces the technology of infrared measurement of temperature based on TPS434 and the whole process of software and hardware. The principle is the sensor transmits the signal sampled to the A/D converter,then make it convert to correspondent temperature data and display on the displaying board.
