摘要
用一维和三维传热模型对激光表面熔化过程中工艺参数进行计算,并与实验值进行比较。对计算中所采用的简化假设、数学模型的适用条件,以及对流对熔池形状的影响作了讨论。
Processing parameters in laser-melting are estimated by 1-Dand 3-D heat transfer model. Theoretical vaues predicted by the two models are compared with experimental values. The validity of the assumptions used in the calculation, the limitation of the two models, and the effect of convection on pool shape are discussed.
