液心连铸坯矫直内裂分析 被引量:4

ANALYSIS OF INTERNAL CRACKING DURING STRAIGHTENING CONTINUOUSLY CAST STEEL SLAB WITH LIQUID CORE

摘要 本文给出了液心铸坯矫直和考虑“鼓肚”时矫直应变的综合计算式。此式阐明了铸坯矫直内弧内裂与工艺设备参数的关系,并对两种铸机半径进行了具体计算分析。 The equations for calculating strains during straightening cantinuously cast slab with liquid core are given in this paper. The calculated results show that the internal cracks can be generated near the solidification front of the upper shell during straightening at higher speed. It is important to minimize slab bulging. If the roll pitches is greater than 450 mm, the bulging strain (εB>0.5 %) is sufficient to cause internal cracking adjacent to the solidification front of the upper shell. And if the machine radius is less than 8 M, the unbunding strain (εu>0.4 %) is sufficient to cause internal cracking, and then the multipoint unbending is necessary.
