摘要
以不同剂量的伊氏锥虫排泄分泌抗原(ESA)对小鼠进行常规免疫,用同株伊氏锥虫攻击,观察并记录小鼠死亡时间、死亡只数,比较免疫后血清抗体水平。结果表明:除对照组和5μg组未产生特异性抗体外,其余各组均产生较高滴度的抗体,其中200μg组为1∶6400,100μg组为1∶3200。ESA50,100和200μg免疫组可对小鼠产生有效的保护,小鼠存活时间较对照组延长2~3倍。
After immunized with excretion secretion antigens (ESA) of Trypanosoma evansi in different quantity, mice were challenged with Nanjing buffalo Trypanosoma evansi 1×10 2/mice intraperitoneally. The times and numbers of dead mice were recorded and serum antibody titers were detected. The data were compared among several groups. The results were shown as follows: specific antibodies were found in most vaccinated mice except the control and 5 μg groups. Antibody titers in the mice vaccinated 200 and 100 μg doses were 1∶6 400 and 1 ∶3 200, respectively. ESA at doses of 50, 100, 200 μg provided effective protection to mice.
