摘要
通过观察棉铃虫滞育蛹在低温0℃和5℃下的死亡率,比较其不同发育时期的抗寒力差异。结果表明,滞育蛹在眼点移动前抗寒力较强。
Different developmental stages of diapause pupae of cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera, are compared on their cold resistant ability, depending on observed mortality rates at low temperatures of 0℃ and 5℃. The results indicated that pupae showed a strong cold resistance prior to eyespots movement, but it declined significantly as soon as eyespots moved.
