摘要
根据大型履带机械的特点,分析了转向时履带和地面间的相互作用,导出了包含履带宽度,履带接地面速度瞬心纵、横向偏移及地面参数在内的履带转向阻力的理论计算公式,讨论了履带宽度对转向阻力的影响,给出了使在特定路面上工作的大型履带机械转向阻力最小的履带宽度的确定方法。
This paper is based on the characteristics of large tracked machinery, analyzing the interaction between track plate and soil during turning. A new formula to calculate the turning resistance moment of track is offered, which includes such factors as the width of track, the parameters of soil, the longitudinal and lateral deviation of instant velocity center of track contacting ground area. The influence of track width on the resistance moment is discussed, and the method to determine the optimal track width for minimizing the resistance moment is proposed. To verify theoretical results, the single track turning test device has been made, which can change the width of track and turning radius. The theoretical analysis results accord well with the experiment ones.
