摘要
目的总结侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤的临床特点和显微手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析我院自1996年至2006年手术治疗的16例侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤患者的临床资料,分析该部位肿瘤的临床表现、影像和病理特点以及手术方法。结果16例患者均行显微手术治疗并获得肿瘤全切除,术后神经功能正常的11例,轻度功能障碍的4例,偏瘫1例,无手术死亡。9例术后获随访5个月至7年,无肿瘤复发。结论侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤手术全切除可获较好的生活质量和较长生存时间,结合导航技术可以减少术中对脑组织的损伤。
Objective To sum up the clinical features and microsurgical treatment experience of meningiomas of trigone in lateral ventricle. Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 16 cases of meningiomas of the trigone in lateral ventricle that were treated in our hospital between 1996 and 2006. Their clinical features, radiological and histological characteristics and microsurgical approaches were reviewed. Results Total removal was achieved in all cases. The postoperative neurological outcome was either excellent or good in 15 cases and left hemiparesis in 1 case, and none died of operation. Of the 9 patients having a follow-up for 5 months to 7 years, no patients experienced tumor recurrence. Conclusion The patients with meningiomas of the trigone in lateral ventricle could obtain a better quality of life and survive longer following total removal by microsurgery. Microsurgical technique combined with neuronavigation may reduce the damage to brain.
