摘要
针对目前车用增压柴油机普遍采用的“管带式”结构中冷器,利用计算与试验相结合的方法,总结出了中冷器冷却效率和阻力系数与发动机工作参数πK、GK、T0和P0相关联的中冷器数学模型,并与试验结果进行了对比。
To investigate the effect of intercooler performance on turbocharge intercooled diesel engines, the relation between engine running parameters and cooling efficiency and resistance coefficient of intercooler is summarized through experiment and simulating calculation in connection with the “tube band” type intercoolers widely used on existing vehicle turbocharged diesel engines. A new mathematical model for the intercooler, which relates the cooling efficiency and resistance coefficient with engine operating parameters such as pressure boost, intake air mass flow, and environmental temperature and pressure, is presented using the modified multi step ε NTU method introduced by the author. The model is in good agreement with the experimental results.
