摘要
对新鲜成熟花生壳中抗氧化成分的提取进行了系统的研究。通过正交试验,得出了提取的最佳条件:乙醇作浸提剂,pH值3.0.温度60~70℃,浸提时间72h及液固比20.在此条件下提取率最高达2.21%;乙醇提取物可提高油脂抗氧化性能,且其中含有黄酮类物质;提取后的废渣中,蛋白质含量为1.91%。
The extraction method of natural antioxidative components from fresh peanut hulls is introduced.The test of the effect of solvents,time,tempreature,acidity and the ratio of solvent to solute on the extraction was carried out.And four better extraction combinations were screened out with ethanol as solvent,It is the most suitable extraction combination when the temperature was between 60~70℃,the acidity was pH=3.0,the extraction time was 72h and the ratio of solvent to solute was 20.Under this combination the highest ratio of extraction was 2.21%.And then, the result shows that ethanolic extract has stronger antioxidative property,and progesteronoid components were found existing in extract.The protein content of the waste after extraction was 1.91%.
