摘要
介绍了一种在PRO/E环境下根据数码图片的特征进行创新产品建模的简单有效方法,利用SLA快速成型工艺实现了产品原型的快速制造,结合硅橡胶模具和真空注型工艺实现了聚氨酯产品的小批量快速制造。该工艺为工业产品和艺术品提供了一种创新设计方法和灵活快速的制造模式。
A simple and effective method for original product designing is introduced, with which 3D model could be built according to the characteristics of digital picture in Pro/E environment. The product prototype could be manufactured quickly with SLA Rapid Prototyping technology, and PU products could be manufactured by the combination of silicone rubber moulds with vacuum-casting process. This method offers an innovation method and a flexible rapid manufacturing mode for the design of industrial products and artworks.
