高安市原始的杂种猪群经过大型约克夏公猪两次级进杂交，杂种猪的毛色全白，体型长大，在繁殖、肥育和胴体瘦肉率等方面均有提高，接近江西白猪高安系育种指标。此外。
Two progressive crossings of primary crossbred Gaoan swine with large-sized Yorkshire boar produced progeny that was completely white in hair color, large in body size, and improved in reproductive and fattening performance as well as in lean yield, approching the breeding criteria of Gaoan Line. The trends in pig breeding were also discussed.
