摘要
以晋薯２号、紫花白、内薯３号为材料，系统研究了马铃薯生育期间块茎内源激素变化与块茎增大生长的关系，结果表明，ＡＢＡ含量变化与块茎的增大呈极显著的正相关，与块茎增大速率变化呈极显著的负相关；ＧＡ３，ＩＡＡ，ＣＴＫ含量变化与块茎增大和块茎增大速率变化没有明显的相关性；ＧＡ３／ＡＢＡ，ＩＡＡ／ＡＢＡ，ＣＴＫ／ＡＢＡ的变化与块茎增大呈较显著的负相关，与块茎增大速率变化呈较显著的正相关。生育前期ＧＡ３、ＩＡＡ含量高而ＡＢＡ含量低的品种，块茎形成早，增大快，块茎大。
The relationship between the change of intrinsic hormones in tuber of potato and growth of the tuber at the growing period was investigated systematically by using materials of Jinshu 2,Zihuabai,Neishu 3.The results showed that the change of ABA content with increment of the tuber was significantly positive correlation,and with the increment rate of the tuber was significantly negative correlation.The change of GA 3 ,IAA,CTK content with the growth of the tuber had no marked correlated character.The change of GA 3 /ABA,IAA/ABA and CTK/ABA with the increment of the tuber had a significantly negative correlation,and with the change of increment rate had a significantly positive correlation.The tuber that the breed had a high content of GA 3 ,IAA and low content of ABA in the earlier stage of the growth was formed early and was increased fast,the tuber was bigger.
