阐述了我国现行保险监管状况,论述了我国保险监管制度中存在的问题,提出了完善我国保险监管制度的建议。
This paper expounds the present situation of Chinese insurance supervision, discusses on the problems existing in Chinese insurance supervision system, and advances some suggestions on perfecting the Chinese insurance supervision system.
