摘要
通过对我国社会体育指导员队伍发展现状的分析,我们认为社会体育指导员应该进行分类培养,以适应不同地区不同年龄人群对体育的不同层次的需要。社会体育指导员职业化是社会体育走向规范化、市场化的必然趋势。
Basing on analysis of the present social P.E. instructors, this paper thinks that It must be. classified to in order to fulfill the demand of all kinds of people, it is the certain direction about the development of the mass sports to tend towards profession and market.
