摘要
自上世纪90年代在基础教育领域大力推进素质教育以来,教育教学质量和学生素质有显著提高。本文对素质教育的区域性推进作较深入的研究和探索。
Since the popularization of quality-oriented education in the field of basic education in 1990s, the qualities of teaching and students are greatly improved. This paper tries to study the regional advance of quality-oriented education in depth.
