摘要
目的探讨中期妊娠胎盘植入的彩色多普勒超声特征。方法对3例完全性胎盘植入患者进行二维及彩色多普勒进行探查。结果子宫明显增大,胎盘后完全缺如子宫肌层区域。胎盘与子宫接触的地方有异常血流环绕,且胎盘间有速度比较高的静脉血流频谱。结论彩色多普勒超声对产后胎盘植入是有肯定诊断意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing placenta accrete in mid-pregancy. Methods Three cases of pregnancy patients with entirely placenta accrete were examined by 2 - D and color Doppler technology, Results Uterus enlarged obviously, and were totally absent of myodium posterior placenta, The region between placenta and uterus had abnormal blood low signal surrounded and higher venous saectrum within placenta, Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound technology has essential value of diagnosing placenta accrete in midpregancy,
